My wife's grandfather drove a Portland Streetcar and dated this hat for me as a 1923 Portland Traction Company conductors hat. I also found it in the book "fares please" about Portland Oregon's streetcar industry. It is in great condition for its age but with some fraying around the tip of the bill.
